The COVID-NMA project: Living Mapping and Synthesis of Covid-19 Studies Online

Dr. Anna Chaimani is a tenured researcher at the Institute of Health and Medical Research (Inserm) in Paris and she is leading the Evidence Synthesis team of the Research Center in Epidemiology and Statistics. She is also a co-convenor of the Cochrane Statistical Methods group and of the Cochrane Comparing Multiple Interventions Methods group. She has extensive experience in the field of evidence synthesis with a greater focus on network meta-analysis where she has made several methodological contributions. Presently, she is developing new methods related to ranking interventions, network meta-analysis of rare events, and outlier detection in networks of interventions. She is the senior statistician and member of the scientific committee of the COVID-NMA project.
