Join Strauss Library at Tour Your Computer to explore the basic components of your digital world. Learn about the hardware and software that power your computer, as well as collaborative technologies like the Internet, Cloud, and Wi-Fi.
Tour Your Computer will cover the terms and definitions for:
- Hardware, or physical parts, of your computer
- Software, or intangible parts, of your computer
- Internet, Cloud, Wi-Fi, and other collaborative technologies
This class will not provide troubleshooting for technical issues. Any technical questions (such as “how do I reset my password?”) or requests for assistance (such as “how do I use Microsoft Word?”) should be directed to OIT.
